On this episode of podcast shorts, I want to talk to you about your marriage or whatever loving relationship you're in and making it a priority. And I'm gonna do it in a way that is called an auto suggestion. And that's been something that Napoleon hill and others have really perfected way back in the early 20th century and auto suggestions help you.

Overcome things in a little bit different way than affirmation auto suggestions are positive words and sentences used repeatedly to change your perception. It's a great self-development method used to create a new positive belief about yourself, as well as an effective method of Indian bad habits. So this is a podcast that you can listen to.

Over and over again, to help put these things in your brain and in some old bad habits when it comes to relationships. So I'm gonna read this in that type of a manner. Say. I hope this really helps you. And I hope you use it more than once to set this really in deeply into your relationship. I keep my marriage strong and healthy.

I treat my partner with respect. I listen attentively to what they have to say. I'm polite and courteous, and I care about their welfare. I provide support and validation. I cheer them on when they struggle and celebrate their victories. I try to see situations from their perspective. I let them know that their feelings matter.

I give generously. I pitch in with household tasks without keeping a score. I bring my partner presence like their favorite foods and novels. I show affection. I start the day with a big hug and greet my partner at the door when they return from work. We hold hands. We write each other love notes. I discuss my thoughts and feelings.

I allow my spouse to show me and give me the same opportunity. Our familiarity builds a strong foundation for intimacy and trust. I share my goals and dreams. We work together as a team to build a fulfilling life. I deal with conflicts promptly. I'm willing to negotiate and compromise. We search for solutions that satisfy both of our needs.

I scheduled date nights. We enjoy spending couples times together, away from work and parenting responsibilities. We have fun. I remember qualities that brought us together in the first place today. I connect with my spouse. I treat my marriage like a garden that needs daily tending and thrives and grows.

Here are some self reflections that you'll need a pen and paper for number one, how do I find commitment? Number two, how does maintaining my own identity help make my marriage stronger? And number three, what one thing can I do today to make my smile? Now, these are all great and easy things to put in effect.

So I encourage you to listen to. Each morning or each evening before you go to bed to just instill. Common factors that brought you together and resu cement them in your mind. Remember you picked this partner for a reason, and that reason was because you loved them and that you knew you could get through the best of times and the worst of times together.

So I hope you enjoyed this. Podcast short. Let me know if you have any feedback or anything you wanna hear and have a great day. Thanks again for listening.
