Why is ketamine a PTSD treatment and why did I chose it?

Heading to my second of six Ketamine treatment at A Mind's Journey. It's a process that I have looked into for several years now. Thankfully I found a place where I'm comfortable and one that I trust. Annie Lund can be in the room with me too. I know that helps her feel comfortable with the process and expectations with the treatments. Happy I have found one more way to process out a lot of what I have been through as First Responder. Not to mention the other things I have gone through in my personal.
I know there must be a lot of things that have been kept stuffed down in my subconscious that must come out. This will help me to feel more whole and get more joy out of my life. Which in turn brings a better quality of life to those around me.

I have invested plenty of money on my physical health over the years but not nearly as much on mental health. My goal is to have optimal mental and physical health. Working on your mental health should not be overlooked. For the price of a short vacation you will start the healing and that "you" lost so long ago.

Feel free to DM with any questions. I share what I know and my own experience.
